Welcome to ai.typoconsult.dk, a SaaS platform offered and operated by TypoConsult A/S. However, please note that all legal agreements and contracts for these AI services are made with CA Development ApS (CVR: 35662197), located at Rathsacksvej 1, 1862 Frederiksberg C, Denmark. References to "TypoConsult A/S," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms should be read as referring to CA Development ApS as the legally binding entity. By accessing or using our AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Subscription and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis with billing cycles that may vary based on your chosen plan (e.g., monthly, annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription.

2. Service Tiers and Usage Limits

We offer a free tier to allow users to explore and demo our services. Paid plans include specific usage limits, as described during the signup process. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or restricted access until the next billing cycle.

3. Evolving AI Functionality

Our platform provides diverse AI services that are continuously evolving. Due to the nature of AI technology, functionality may change, improve, or adapt over time. As a result, the same input may produce different outputs on different occasions. While we strive to maintain high service standards, we cannot be held liable for minor changes in functionality or any impact these changes may have on your use of the services.

4. User Responsibility and Content Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying any content generated by our AI services before sharing, publishing, or otherwise using it. We assume no liability for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of the content produced. Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

5. Data Usage and Retention

We use user-provided data solely for delivering our services and improving functionality. Personal or corporate information is deleted upon subscription termination. We do not store or retain user data beyond what is necessary for these purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform and AI models are owned by TypoConsult A/S. Users retain ownership of any content they create using our services, subject to these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither CA Development ApS nor TypoConsult A/S shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to changes in functionality, inaccuracies in generated outputs, or interruptions in service.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CA Development ApS, TypoConsult A/S, their affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the services, including any misuse or unlawful activity.

9. Modifications to the Terms

CA Development ApS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
